Access Transition Program

Supporting and educating students ages 18-22 through the transition from school to work and adult life.

Preparing students for a successful future and beyond.

Our Commitment...

Branford Public Schools is committed to partnering students with local businesses to find suitable career training opportunities relevant to their future aspirations.

About the Access Transition Program:

The Access Transition Program is a Post-Secondary educational experience that provides young adults ages 18-22 with the community based instruction and vocational training needed in order to move on to independent employment. Coupled with independent living skills instruction young adults come out prepared to live life as independent contributing members of society.
