he Witness Stones Project™ is an non-profit, educational initiative whose mission is to restore the history and honor the humanity of the enslaved individuals who helped build our communities.

This event is the culmination of a partnership between Witness Stones Project and BHS 10th grade US History in which students learned about slavery, our area's local connection, and the individuals impacted through primary sources curated by Witness Stones. The Witness Stones Project at Branford High School was funded by The Branford Community Foundation.

PROJECT GRADUATION would like to announce that we will be continuing the "Swarm your Favorite Hornet" fundraiser for our graduating seniors. This will once again be in lieu of the traditional balloon sale. This is a great way for families and friends to celebrate and send good wishes to the new graduates.  We are selling 12 x 12 Hornet yard signs that will include the stake and a personalized note to the graduate.  The signs will be delivered to the graduate’s home, prior to graduation.  All profits will benefit the PROJECT GRADUATION event.

Please help us make this new tradition of “Swarm your Favorite Hornet,” successful. Order form is attached here. Orders are due May 10th.

PROJECT GRADUATION is an extraordinary, substance-free event held on the night of graduation.  This celebration, now in its 29th year, offers our students an all night entertainment, interactive games, non-stop food and prizes for each attending senior. If not for the continued support of volunteers, community, organizations and businesses this outstanding event would not be possible.

All donations are greatly appreciated! They can be sent via Venmo @BranfordProjectGraduation (enter “PG Donation” in comment section) or checks can be mailed to Project Graduation, Branford High School, 185 East Main Street, Branford, CT 06405.
